With over 33 years of extensive corporate and legal experience, having worked with large media houses and leading brands across the country, Suresh Tripathi is a persuasive litigator at New Delhi, and also practices at the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad and it's Lucknow Bench, Noida, and Mumbai with practice-area expertise spanning Civil Litigation, Arbitration, Service Matters, Criminal Defense, Insurance, Divorce, Antitrust, Cyber law, Product Liability and Personal Injury Defense. Santosh Tripathi
Santosh Tripathi has been practicing law since 1990 at the Allahabad High Court in Civil, Criminal and Constitutional legal fields with a specialty in Service- Law matters and is a dynamic legal professional having held multiple posts of importance throughout his distinctive career. He is a former Additional Standing Counsel, Government of India (1998-2014), a former member of the Governing Council, Allahabad High Court Bar Association (1994), a former Joint Secretary of Allahabad High Court Bar Association (1997), and the current President of the Young Lawyers Association Allahabad High Court(2000-). Santosh Tripathi’s exemplary contribution towards the field of law speaks for itself having organized a number of significant symposia on the topics of judicial, legal and social issues.
Under the Chairmanship of Dr. L M Singvi (Eminent Jurist, Parliamentarian & Former High Commissioner in U.K.), Santosh Tripathi - as the secretary of Pt. Kanhaiya Lal Misra Memorial Committee, which has been headed by many luminaries from the legal world is currently being chaired by Hon'ble Justice Shri R.C. Lahoti, Former Chief Justice of India. - organized the Centenary Year Celebration in memory of Late Pt. Kanhaiya Lal Misra who was widely regarded as a stalwart of the legal profession of the country.
